Meet Keirin

Somatic Coach and Yoga Therapist helping people move beyond survival patterns into deeper connection, trust, and lasting change.

My Approach

My work is deeply informed by both professional training and lived experience.

Like many of the clients I work with, my own path has included navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship patterns, and chronic stress.

Through somatic work, nervous system healing, and years of inner exploration, I have experienced firsthand how transformation happens not only through insight, but through reconnecting to the body, emotions, and deeper sense of self.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others create more safety, connection, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.

My work has been offered in hospitals, schools, nonprofits, museums, corporations, support groups, and creative spaces.

“Keirin helped me combine my traditional therapy and personal spiritual practice in a way I was able to use during a season of transition and growth. Feeling safe and seen was very important to me and Keirin creates just that.”
